We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 360-day return policy for Decathlon members on all unused products. If your sports equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return it easily online or at any of our retail locations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Decathlon account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop the package at a carrier location, or bring it directly to the customer service desk at your nearest Decathlon store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
