We offer a 365-day return policy for Decathlon account holders. Products must be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and undergarments may have specific restrictions unless faulty.

Do you offer assembly services for large items like treadmills or bikes?

Yes, we offer professional assembly services for bulky fitness equipment and bicycles for an additional fee. You can select this option during the checkout process or contact our support team post-purchase.

How do I know which size to choose for technical sports apparel?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements and 'Fit Finder' recommendations based on your height and weight to ensure you get the right gear for your performance.

Are Decathlon products covered by a warranty?

Most of our Passion Brand products (such as Quechua, Tribord, and Btwin) come with a minimum 2-year warranty. Specific items, like certain backpack frames and bike frames, may carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
